Infosys partners with The House Fund II plans to invest $10 mn in AI focused startups from the University of California – Berkeley

Information Technology giant Infosys on Friday announced that “It has partnered with The House Fund ll, L.P. to invest $10 million in AI-focused fund targeting startups from the University of California- Berkeley.

The company in its statement said that “The company will primarily target the AI focused startups by the students, Alumni and the faculty of the University of California, Berkeley.”

Talking on the transaction the company said that “The deal is expected to close before the first quarter of the financial year of 2019-20, and the minority holding will not be exceeding to 20% of the total fund size.”
