Meta Platforms Inc. () Chief Operating Officer (COO) Javier Olivan plans to sell 1,575 Class A common shares valued at about $1.04 million.
In a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Meta said the shares are expected to be sold through Charles Schwab & Co., with approximately 2.21 billion shares outstanding at the time of the filing.
Olivan acquired the 1,575 shares through restricted stock unit vesting between February 2017 and May 2026, including 844 shares that vested in May this year.
Over the past three months, Olivan has sold 18,774 Meta shares for gross proceeds of approximately $11.57 million, including 5,354 shares sold on September 8 for about $3.30 million.
