Meta Platforms Inc. () COO Javier Olivan has sold 5,354 shares of the company’s Class A common stock for approximately $3.3 million through a series of transactions completed on September 8, 2026.
According to a filing with the U.S. SEC, Olivan sold the shares from his direct holdings and entities linked to him at weighted average prices ranging from $612.21 to $622.99 per share.
Olivan sold 2,838 shares from his direct holdings, leaving him with 11,662 shares directly owned following the transactions. Another 884 shares were sold through three LLC holdings, while 1,632 shares were disposed of through the Olivan Reinhold Family Revocable Trust.
Following the reported transactions, Olivan continued to hold Meta shares through both direct and indirect ownership, including 78,253 shares held through the family trust, along with holdings across the three LLC entities.
