Amazon.com Inc. () has raised the sale of £4.25 billion in sterling-denominated senior notes across four series with maturities ranging from 2029 to 2045.
In a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Amazon said the bond sale closed on September 14, 2026, comprising £1.25 billion of 5.200% notes due 2029, along with £1 billion each of 5.550% notes due 2032, 6.250% notes due 2038, and 6.650% notes due 2045.
The offering raised approximately £4.242 billion at the public offering price, with Amazon expecting net proceeds of about £4.235 billion after underwriting discounts and before offering expenses.
The notes were issued under Amazon’s existing debt indenture, with the offering completed under an underwriting agreement dated September 9, 2026.
