Online grocery startup BigBasket acquires milk delivery app DailyNinja for Rs 48 crore

India-based online grocery delivery startup BigBasket has completed the acquisition of 100 percent stakes in milk delivery startup DailyNinja.

According to the Economic Times report, “The transaction was valued at around Rs 48 crore.”

The company in its issued statement said, “The acquisition of DailyNinja would help to grow its business by twofold within a month by leveraging BigBasket’s supply chain capabilities. Also, DailyNinja’s customers can access BBDaily’s non-milk range.”
