During a conversation with TechGraph, Nuvepro Co-founder and CEO Giridhar LV discussed the company’s innovative solutions that prioritize data privacy and how these solutions provide secure environments for Gen AI models, ensuring that decision-making remains firmly in human hands, with clients retaining full control over their data.

Read the complete interview:

TechGraph: How does Nuvepro integrate Generative AI into workflows to achieve meaningful productivity gains without disrupting existing systems?

Giridhar LV: We, at Nuvepro, never claimed to replace the existing learning systems we always promise our customers that our skill bundles will complement the existing learning material with our hands-on solutions. Through GenAI Skill bundles, we empower employees to rapidly acquire new, industry-relevant skills through practical, impactful learning methods.

This ensures that teams are project-ready without disrupting current operations. By automating routine tasks, generating personalized use cases and assessments, offering predictive project management insights, and aligning capstone projects with business goals, we enhance workforce efficiency and adaptability.

Our sandboxes, guided projects, and challenge labs allow developers to grasp core concepts through applied learning. These on-demand resources help them translate theoretical knowledge into real-world contributions, making them productive faster than traditional, theory-based learning. This approach not only accelerates individual performance but also improves overall team and company productivity.

TechGraph: What steps does Nuvepro take to ensure that data security remains uncompromised while deploying AI solutions for its clients?

Giridhar LV: At Nuvepro, we are aware of the concerns of the customers with respect to data privacy. We are working on effective solutions that offer isolated environments where LLM models are run locally, and the data will be retained within the network. However, scaling this up in a cost-effective way is currently a challenge.

Nuvepro’s GenAI skillbundles are safe and secured which makes sure that the organisational policies regarding the safety and security of the data aren’t compromised. Nuvepro ensures that clients retain full control over their data, with clear terms about data ownership and usage and not compromising on it while the teams become project-ready.

TechGraph: How do you address the skepticism among organizations regarding the practicality of Generative AI in improving daily operations?

Giridhar LV: Nuvepro showcases real-world scenarios and case studies where GenAI Skilling has led to tangible improvements, such as automating repetitive tasks, leveraging hands-on methods of learning, and enhancing project management for enterprises. Our GenAI offerings are to fit each client’s unique business needs and we have multiple successful case studies with our customers that talk about this practice.

Nuvepro ensures the technology addresses pain points without disrupting existing systems. The company also focuses on seamless integration, allowing businesses to adopt AI incrementally, minimizing disruption, and enabling testing in manageable steps.

Through tailored GenAI skill bundles, Nuvepro enables the teams to use AI confidently, fostering a positive outlook on the technology. Additionally, by showcasing proven ROI from successful implementations with our customers, Nuvepro makes it clear that Generative AI is not just a buzzword—it’s a practical tool that boosts productivity, cuts costs, and enhances decision-making. We show organizations that AI isn’t as complicated or hard to adopt as it may seem. It’s easier to understand, and with our solutions, teams are equipped with the knowledge they need to be project-ready from Day 1.

TechGraph: In what ways does Nuvepro’s approach to Generative AI ensure it supports human decision-making rather than replacing it?

Giridhar LV: At Nuvepro, we firmly believe that Generative AI should enhance, not replace, human decision-making. After all, our own internal teams designed these GenAI solutions—so how could they possibly replace the very people who created them? Instead, our approach is all about collaboration. Think of GenAI as a powerful tool that assists decision-makers by providing insights, automating repetitive tasks, and offering personalized recommendations.

But here’s the key: the final decision always stays in human hands. Enterprises can think of it as a smart assistant, empowering employees to make more informed, data-driven choices while freeing them up to focus on what matters—being project-ready and driving innovation.

TechGraph: What challenges do businesses typically face when adopting Generative AI, and how does Nuvepro help overcome them?

Giridhar LV: We understand that adopting Generative AI can be a daunting journey for businesses to start from scratch, and we’re here to make that process seamless. The challenges are real: from the complexity of integration with existing systems, to of course handholding the customer teams for AI adoption. But, our solutions are designed for seamless integration, ensuring AI fits naturally within your existing workflows without disrupting operations.

We’ve also developed GenAI Skill Bundles to upskill your teams quickly and efficiently, empowering them to harness the power of AI from Day 1. Our secure, local environments keep your data protected while allowing you to benefit from AI insights. And for those who are concerned about cost or scalability, we provide flexible, scalable solutions that grow with your business, ensuring a smart investment for the team’s skilling. At Nuvepro, we never just introduced GenAI solutions -we made them practical and valuable helping enterprises overcome challenges and become project-ready from Day 1.

TechGraph: How does Nuvepro measure the effectiveness of its AI tools in enhancing productivity across diverse industries?

Giridhar LV: To begin with, Nuvepro is an open platform for customers and even prospective customers to give feedback. Not just the leaders, but each person at Nuvepro is free to suggest and guide on the effectiveness of our GenAI solutions and we have a common goal when it comes to our solutions, and we all work together in that direction.

Other than that, when we partner with any customer, the goals are predefined by the teams. We define specific KPIs with our customers, and we try to understand the goal that they wish to achieve through our solutions.

Whether it is improved task efficiency and reduced time spent on repetitively tracking tangible productivity gains or revenue leakages, or if it is bench management or client-specific interviews, we are always aware of the goals aligned so our solutions remain more effective in increasing their productivity.

We also focus on time and cost savings, measuring how much time employees save and how it translates into operational efficiency. Through continuous client feedback, success stories, and ongoing monitoring, we ensure that our GenAI Solutions deliver measurable, long-term improvements across diverse industries, helping businesses stay competitive and productive.

TechGraph: What are the key considerations Nuvepro emphasizes to ensure that Generative AI adoption aligns with both operational efficiency and compliance standards?

Giridhar LV: At Nuvepro, we understand that adopting Generative AI is not just about boosting operational efficiency but also ensuring compliance every step of the way. When we work with customers, we emphasize two main considerations: security and scalability.

First, we ensure that our GenAI Solutions are integrated in a way that aligns with the client’s existing compliance standards—whether it’s data privacy laws, industry regulations, or internal policies. We’re big on building solutions that don’t just automate tasks but do so in a secure environment where sensitive data is protected.

Second, we focus on scalability, ensuring that the AI solutions we implement can grow with the business while remaining compliant and adaptable to evolving regulatory requirements. Through continuous monitoring, client feedback, and collaboration with industry experts, we make sure our solutions not only drive productivity but also operate within the necessary legal and operational frameworks, keeping businesses both efficient and compliant. It’s all about making AI work smarter without compromising on what matters most.
