Apple to replace iPhone X and MacBook Pro 13 inch after facing technical glitch

American technology giant, Apple Inc on Friday said that “It has found some issues which were affecting the new iPhone X and 13 inch MacBook Pro products and will repair it for free of cost.”

In a statement issued by Apple Inc, the company said: “The displays of iPhone X which came out in 2017 with the starting price of $999, may experience touch issue due to component failure.”

“The displays of iPhone X, which came out in 2017 with the starting price of $999, may experience the issue on phones due to component failure which affected the screens of the phones and may not respond correctly to touch or it could react even without being touched,” company added.

Adding to this, the company said: “Only limited number of 128GB and 256GB solid-state drives in the 13 inch MacBook pro unit which was sold between 2017 and June 2018 may face an issue like data loss and failure of the storage devices.”
