InvestValue Fintech has launched an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) with a ₹20 crore pool, extending ownership opportunities to more than 75 percent of its 140 employees.
The announcement comes as the fintech company crossed ₹2,200 crore in assets under advisory (AUA), reflecting its continued expansion in India’s wealth management sector.
Unlike conventional ESOP programmes that are largely reserved for senior leadership, InvestValue said the new plan has been designed to create broad-based employee ownership across the organisation, reflecting its belief that employees who contribute to building long-term enterprise value should also participate in the value they help create.
The company currently works with more than 1,000 distribution partners, has facilitated over 100,000 investment transactions, and has analysed more than 2,000 investment portfolios through its AI-powered Portfolio Analyzer, supported by an in-house research team.
Commenting on the ESOP launch, Tushar Bopche, Co-Founder & CEO of InvestValue, said, “Every meaningful milestone we have achieved has been driven by our people. From building technology and research capabilities to creating trusted relationships with partners and clients, our employees have been at the heart of our journey. The ESOP programme recognises that contribution and ensures our team grows alongside the company.”
“We are building far more than a fintech company. Our vision is to create an institution that brings together technology, research, education planning and wealth management into a single ecosystem. Institutions that endure are built by people who think like owners, and this ESOP programme is an important step towards nurturing that mindset,” he further added.
