Wysetek Systems Acquires Scalezee Technologies to Expand Cloud and DevSecOps Services

Wysetek Systems Technologists Pvt. Ltd., a leading IT infrastructure solutions provider, announced the acquisition of Scalezee Technologies, a specialized DevSecOps and cloud-services firm.

The acquisition is expected to expand Wysetek’s IT managed services business by 50 percent, supported by Scalezee’s expertise in application modernization and DevOps to deliver secure and efficient hybrid cloud solutions for enterprise and mid-market customers.

The deal adds further depth to Wysetek’s portfolio of cloud services and open-source solutions, strengthening its focus on end-to-end, secure and cost-effective hybrid infrastructure offerings.

With Scalezee’s capabilities in DevSecOps, CloudOps, FinOps and cybersecurity, Wysetek said it will be able to accelerate time-to-market, improve reliability and optimize costs for customers, particularly in the financial services industry. The acquisition also strengthens Wysetek’s relationships with hyperscalers and OEMs such as AWS, Google Cloud and Microsoft Azure, while expanding its broader ecosystem for clients across industries.

The combined entity is expected to strengthen Wysetek’s presence in financial services, a key vertical for the company, while broadening its managed IT solutions for other industries.
