Cognizant, a U.S. based Information Technology giant on Tuesday announced that it is acquiring a New-York based content agency company Mustache for an undisclosed amount.
Cognizant, in its statement, said that “We are expecting to close the transaction in the first quarter of 2019 on subject to the satisfaction of certain closing conditions.”
Donna Tuths, Senior VP and Global Head of Cognizant Interactive said: “Creating engaging content remains a singular challenge due to the demands of ‘always on’ social media channels, especially when it comes to video.” “With the addition of Mustache, Cognizant Interactive is even better positioned to fill this need,” Tuths added.
Founded in 2010, Mustache is specialized in creating branded content for digital, broadcast and social medium and have few brands like Google, A&E Networks, Brand USA, Grammarly, and others.
