WHO Chief says, “COVID-19 remains public enemy number one”

During the virtual press meeting on Monday, World Health Organization’s (WHO) Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus said, “As too many countries are headed in the wrong direction – this virus (coronavirus) remains public enemy number one.”

“If basics are not followed, this pandemic is going to get worse and worse. But it does not have to be this way,” Tedros added.
