Speaking with the press on the COVID-19 situation, Dr. Harsh Vardhan, Health Minister of India, said, “Our scientists and health experts have worked on the development of a vaccine by genome sequencing the isolation of the coronavirus and developed an indigenous vaccine.”
“In 6-7 months, we will have a capacity to inoculate almost 30 crore people,” Vardhan added.
