Annova Solutions, an Indore-based AI-enabled digital BPO, has recently announced that it has received SOC 2 Type 2 certification, recognizing its exceptional information security systems.

The certification confirms the company’s suitability of controls and operating effectiveness in managing sensitive information, highlighting its commitment to upholding the highest standards of information security.

Governed by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), SOC 2 Type 2 is a widely recognized certification that acknowledges service organizations prioritizing security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality, and privacy.

“Annova Solutions’ successful attainment of this certification showcases its dedication to protecting client data and reinforces its reputation as a trusted provider,” the statement said.

Founded in 2017 by Amit Jain and Vikas Dubey, Annova Solutions has been working towards putting Indore on the world map. It has also been harnessing the potential of India’s Tier 2 cities.

Initially, the startup focused on establishing learning centers to nurture local talent, which came with its fair share of challenges. However, their breakthrough came in November 2017 when an Australian company chose to partner with them for their exceptional services.

Since then, Annova Solutions has exceeded expectations and formed lasting partnerships with organizations worldwide. Notably, their collaboration with a Seattle-based video analytics company has allowed them to provide groundbreaking insights to renowned football clubs in Europe.

The startup’s healthcare expertise has also contributed to its success. Over the years, Annova Solutions has achieved remarkable growth, maintaining a consistent 100% year-on-year growth rate for four years.

In 2022, the company expanded its operations by opening offices in Chennai and the United States, demonstrating its commitment to serving clients globally. With its specialization in services such as Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning data services, healthcare, and digital BPO, Annova Solutions has positioned itself as a changemaker both locally and globally. The startup’s deep domain expertise, business focus, operational rigor aided by technology, and access to Indore’s abundant talent pool have been instrumental in its growth and success.

Speaking after receiving the SOC 2 Type 2 certification, Amit Jain, CTO, of Annova Solutions said, “We value the relationships we have built, and this certification further solidifies our commitment to delivering exceptional services and solutions.”

“We see this milestone as another step in their journey to position Indore as a hub for cutting-edge technology. The company remains committed to delivering value to its clients and stakeholders while expanding its global footprint,” he added.
