Coinme expands executive leadership team with three new hires



Seattle based fintech startup, Coinme has announced the expansion of its executive leadership with three new hires.

In a statement issued, Coinme said, “It has hired, Eddie Ponce as Chief Compliance Officer, Nathan Rozendall as Vice President of Product, and Julie Ingle as Vice President of Marketing.”

Speaking on the appointment, Neil Bergquist, CEO & Co-founder of Coinme, said, “Demand for Coinme products and services has grown by 500 percent since the beginning of the year.”

“As we work to keep up the momentum, I am thrilled to welcome some of the industry’s leading consumer technology & crypto strategy experts to our team to help advance our mission to bring financial equality and delight to millions of people around the world,” Neil said.

Commenting on the appointment, Eddie Ponce, Chief Compliance Officer – Coinme, said, “Cryptocurrency and the underlying blockchain technology are gradually making their way into nearly every corner of our digital realm,”

“This trend isn’t going anywhere, and it’s time the general public had a better way to take part in the future of crypto and digital currency. Coinme makes that possible,” Ponce added.

Whereas, Nathan Rozendaal, Vice President, Product – Coinme, in his statement said, “As the leader in the cash-to-crypto space, Coinme has a phenomenal opportunity to bring new financial services to consumers worldwide, and I’m excited to be supporting it.”

Adding to the statement, Julie Ingle as Vice President of Marketing – Coinme said, “As someone with a history in the crypto space, I was instantly intrigued by the work Coinme is doing and the capabilities they’re developing, like their ‘crypto enablement’ API technology.”
