Adani Global a subsidiary of Adani Enterprises has signed a Joint Venture Agreement with Kowa Holdings Asia to sell and market green ammonia and green hydrogen.

In a filing with the stock exchange, Adani Enterprises said, “Adani Global, Singapore, a step-down wholly-owned subsidiary of (Adani Enterprises) has formed a 50-50% Joint venture with Kowa Holdings Asia Pte. Ltd., Singapore (“KOWA”).”
The partnership will allow both companies to promote and sales of green ammonia, green hydrogen, and its derivates that are produced and supplied by the Adani Group.
