Paytm an online payment company in India is reportedly planning to expand its business in one or more developed markets.

While speaking at World Economic Forum in Davos on Wednesday, Paytm‘s Chief Financial Officer, Madhur Deora, said that “The company is currently considering to expand its online business in one or two more developed markets by the 2019 year end.”

Speaking more on this, Deora said that “Paytm has already started a gennerated a revenue and profit from its commerce and financial services verticals from the Canada and Japan market.”

Whereas Paytm is still exploring the plan of which market to look for, Deora added: “The company can’t commit the definite launch in other markets as the company is still building a scalable business.”
