Coronavirus Update: PM Modi announces Rs 20 lakh crore economic stimulus package

Addressing the nation on the coronavirus lockdown, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday announced the economic stimulus package worth Rs 20 lakh crore.

PM Modi said, “The stimulus package of Rs 20 lakh crore is a 10 percent of India’s GDP and will be used to rescue the economy reeling under the impact of coronavirus.”
