Adani Airport Holdings (AAHL) has acquired 23 percent stake of Mumbai International Airport (MIAL) for Rs 1,685.25 crore.”

In a filing with the exchange, Adani Airport said, “It has acquired 23.5 percent equity stake of MIAL from ACSA Global (ACSA), and Bid Services Division (Mauritius), or Bidvest for Rs 1,685.25 crore.”
“In continuation of our earlier intimation dated 31 August 2020. We would like to inform you that AAHL has acquired a 23.5% equity stake i.e. 28,20,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10 of MIAL,” it added.
