NVIDIA (NASDAQ:NVDA) Chief Executive Officer Jensen Huang filed to sell 75,000 shares of company stock valued at approximately $12.97 million, according to a Form 144 filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on July 17.
The proposed sale is scheduled for July 17 and will be executed through Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. The shares were acquired through an option exercise on September 8, 2023, and paid for in cash. The transaction is being conducted under a Rule 10b5-1 trading plan adopted on March 20, 2025.
According to the same filing, Huang has reported 18 stock sales since June 20, totaling 1.275 million shares. Gross proceeds from these transactions exceed $213 million. Each trade involved either 50,000 or 75,000 shares and ranged in value from $7.2 million to nearly $13 million.
