In a bid to provide the correct information related to coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19), the World Health Organization (WHO) has launched its new WhatsApp chatbot to provide the latest information on COVID-19.

In a statement issued, WHO said that “This chatbot will provide the latest available information when a user asks anything related to the Coronavirus.”

“To receive the update, the user needs to add the WhatsApp chatbot number +41798931892 to their contact list and send a message. Once the message is sent, the user will automatically get registered to receive updates with an option to ask for more information regarding the COVID-19,” it said.
