Signature Global to invests Rs 500 crores in Gurugram’s affordable housing projects

Signature Global has announced to invest Rs 500 crore in the next four years to develop two new affordable housing projects in Gurugram, Haryana.

Speaking with the PTI, Pradeep Aggarwal, Chairman & Founder of Signature Global said, “We are launching two new affordable housing projects in Gurugram. Were we will construct around 2400 units.”

“The company would invest over Rs 500 crore on the development of these two projects,” Aggarwal said.

“It will fund these two projects from internal accrual. The company has a debt of around Rs 600 crore,” He added.
