Adding to the statement, the ministry further said, “The tourist visa would be suspended for those coming from the countries in which the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) is a danger, and has requested the citizen to avoid the travel.”

The statement from the ministry has come at the time when millions of devout Muslims from all over the world visit to Mecca on umrah.
