Coffee Day Enterprises interim COO resigns

Cafe Coffee Day’s parent company Coffee Day Enterprises Ltd. has announced the resignation of its interim Chief Operating Officer, Nithin Bagamane.

In a filing with the stock exchange, CDEL said, “Due to personal reasons, Nithin Bagamane might not be able to devote his full time and service to the company, and hence his resignation as Interim Chief Operating Officer. His resignation is effective from July 14, 2020.”

“However, Nithin Baagamane will continue as a member of the Executive Committee and help the company,” it added.

Nithin Bagamane was appointed as Interim Chief Operating Officer and Member of the Executive Committee of Coffee Day Enterprises Ltd (CDEL) last year.
