The government of Singapore has acquired 1,64,820 equity shares (representing 1.14 percent of paid-up capital) of ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company.
According to the bulk data available on the National Stock Exchange, “The Singapore government has acquired 1,64,30,820 equity shares of ICICI Prudential at Rs 391.6 per share.”

“The ICICI Bank has also offloaded 215,00,000 equity shares of ICICI Prudential at Rs 391.60 to strengthen its balance sheet,” the data showed.
