Report: Byjus to acquire Toppr Technologies for $150 mn

India’s leading online learning platform Byjus is reportedly acquiring its rival Toppr Technologies.

Quoting sources familiar with the deal, Bloomberg on Monday reported, “Byjus is closed to sign a deal agreement with Toppr Technologies for $150 million.”

Toppr Technologies is a Mumbai based edtech startup that offers K12 to prepare them with various competitive exams, and mock test.
