India based Powerhouse91 on Tuesday announced the acquisition of wellness brand Expertomind for an undisclosed amount.

“Through a combination of functional optimizations across marketing, supply chain, and operations combined with significant growth capital, Powerhouse91 aims to expand Expertomind by 25X over the next 4-5 years,” the statement said.

Expertomind brings a diverse range of wellness, pain management, and home medical equipment to the Indian market, aimed towards improving medical conditions and general lifestyle. 

Speaking on the acquisition, Nikhil Agrawal, Co-founder of Powerhouse91, stated, “Expertomind has an impressive background in a niche category with their highly-rated line of wellness products and their determined goal for better home healthcare solutions. Through Powerhouse91, they are set on the right track to expand and grow over 10x within 12-18 months.”
