Info Edge Removes Two Executives from Senior Management List

Info Edge (India) Ltd. said it has revised its list of senior management personnel, resulting in the removal of Ankit Pareek, Vice President Engineering, and Shruti Maheshwari, Senior Vice President and Head of Social Media Content Studio.

According to a filing with the stock exchanges, the change is effective August 8 and follows an organizational restructuring approved by the board on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.

The company said the executives ceased to be designated as senior management personnel due to the updated structure.
