India-based private transmission company Adani Transmission on Monday said that “It has brought back non-convertible debentures (NCDs) worth Rs 125 crore.”
The company in its filing at the exchange said, “It on March 23, 2020, bought back 1,250 rated, listed, secured, redeemable and non-convertible debentures having the face value of Rs 10 lakh each aggregating to Rs 125 crore.”
