Mumbai based image management and soft skills training institute, Image Consulting Business Institute (ICBI) has announced its partnership with Enterprise-grade cloud-based SaaS CRM platform Kapture CRM.
In a statement issued, the company said, “The partnership will allow ICBI to use Kapture CRM platform to manage and optimize its sales and customer service process.”
