Welspun Enterprises has announced to raise Rs 175 crore through allotment of non-convertible debentures (NCDs) on a private placement basis.
In a filing at the Bombay Stock Exchange, Welspun Enterprises said, “The Finance & Administration Committee of the Board of Directors of the company has approved the allotment of 1,750 rated, listed, secured, redeemable non-convertible debentures (NCDs) having a face value of Rs 10,00,000 each, aggregating to Rs 175 crore on a private placement basis.”
“The NCDs are proposed to be listed on the wholesale debt market segment of BSE,” the filing added.
