Vinsys IT Services India Limited (Vinsys IT), one of India’s leading corporate training and software services firms, has announced the filing of its Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) with NSE Emerge.

The company aims to offer 3.89 million equity shares at Rs 10/- each through a book-building process.

The move comes as Vinsys IT seeks to meet working capital requirements, repay loans to subsidiaries, and pursue general corporate purposes.

The filing of the DRHP represents a significant milestone for Vinsys, which began as a specialized training center and has grown to become India’s second-largest corporate training firm with over 326 customized courses across 17 domains, including BFSI, telecom, and government departments.

The company boasts a team of professionals certified by major tech companies and is recognized as a trusted partner by industry leaders worldwide.

In addition to its training services, Vinsys IT also provides a comprehensive suite of software services, including ERP solutions, DevOps practices, architectural consulting, integration, and middleware services. The company’s global presence spans over 30 countries, with strong operations in India, the USA, and the UAE, and a significant presence in Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, Australia, Kenya, Tanzania, Singapore, and Malaysia.

The pre-IPO funding round has attracted marquee investors, including overseas funds such as NAV Capital Emerging Star Fund and xMultiplied, as well as from domestic players like Nova Global Opportunities Fund, Aegis Investment Fund, and Sambhavnath Investments.
