Actor Sonu Sood raises Rs 10 crore in loan from Standard Chartered Bank

Bollywood actor Sonu Sood has reportedly mortgaged his eight properties in Mumbai to raise Rs 10 crore in loan from Standard Chartered Bank.

According to the MoneyControl reports, “Sonu Sood has mortgaged two shops located on the ground floor and Six flats in Shiv Sagar CGHS in Juhu, Mumbai, to Standard Charted Bank.”

Document accessed by Zapkey.com, states, “The agreement was signed on 15th September, and was registered on 24th November.”

“As per the documents, a registration fee of 5 lakh was paid to secure Rs 10 crore in a loan,” Zapkey said.

The properties are jointly owned by Sonu Sood and his wife Sonali.
