Yandex reappoints Arkady Volozh and Mikhail Parakhin to its board

Russian internet giant, Yandex has announced the reappointment of Arkady Volozh and Mikhail Larakhin to its board.

In a filing with the exchange, Yandex said, “The board of directors of the company in a meeting held on October 29, 2020, has approved the appointment of Arkady Volozh as an executive member of the Board of Directors for four years and Mikhail Parakhin was reappointed as a non-executive member of Board of Directors for one year term.”
