Leading North-American Telecom Service Provider to Deploy WeDo Technologies’ for Fraud Management

The industry leaders in revenue assurance and fraud management, WeDo Technologies, announced today that a Tier-1 North American telecom service provider has chosen WeDo Technologies’ revenue assurance (RA) and fraud management to secure its mobine business. Running on Amazon Web Services (AWS), WeDo’s solutions will enable the telecom firm to eliminate revenue leakage while protecting customers from fradulent activities.

As the telecom firm launces new services regularly, it was looking for a future-proof revenue and fraud management suite. To that end, the firm already has cloud-based business support system (BSS) infrastructure and it plans to deploy WeDo’s RAID software on AWS on top of it, thereby giving them greater flexiblity and scalability at a lower cost.

WeDo CEO Rui Paiva said “WeDo is pleased to be supporting one of America’s most innovative mobile brands as it accelerates its growth strategy. With our RAID solution running on AWS, the carrier will now benefit from constantly having the latest updates in fraud detection and revenue assurance, which also include machine learning and artificial intelligence capabilities that ensure they are equipped to manage future risks and challenges”.
