Alphabet Inc. disclosed $2.14 billion in equity securities held across 39 positions as of June 30, 2025, according to a Form 13F filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
The filing lists Alphabet’s investment entities, including GV Management, Google LLC, CapitalG II LP, CapitalG III LP, and Verily Life Sciences, as institutional managers under the report.
Major holdings include a $317.1 million position in Arm Holdings PLC, consisting of 1.96 million American Depositary Shares. Alphabet also reported $417.9 million in AST SpaceMobile Inc., with 8.94 million shares held. Its stake in Planet Labs PBC was valued at $194.8 million, comprising 31.94 million shares.
Other notable holdings include 14.3 million shares of Freshworks Inc. valued at $213.6 million, 2.72 million shares of GitLab Inc. worth $122.9 million, and 4.96 million shares of Metsera Inc. valued at $141.2 million. Alphabet also reported a $98.6 million stake in Tempus AI Inc., with 1.55 million shares held.
The largest healthcare-related positions included 15.06 million shares of Prime Medicine Inc., valued at $37.2 million, and 12.17 million shares of Verve Therapeutics Inc., worth $136.7 million. Several smaller holdings were disclosed in biotech companies such as Sana Biotechnology, Beam Therapeutics, Maze Therapeutics, and Revolution Medicines.
