TechGraph: Can you tell us about Codleo’s history and how it has evolved over the years?

Rahul Ray: The genesis of Codleo lies in the coming together of the Late Mrs. Bimla Singh and family friends – Mohit Sharma and Rahul Ray in early 2019, one wintry morning in a classroom in the school, run by Mrs. Singh. The three founders decided to build a company that delivered holistic solutions for customers, rather than consult and leave them with just technology / digital tools.

As a service provider, Salesforce would advocate for its customers and empower them to forge deeper and lasting bonds with their customers. As a result, Codleo Salesforce Consultancy was launched on 10 April 2019 with determination, inspiration, and self-confidence.

Codleo is one of the most trusted IT companies in the market. Starting with an aim to transform the work process of different business organizations, it has expertise in executing strategic business ideas using the latest technologies. This is for an enhanced customer experience. It is a CMMI Level 3 certified company that works globally.

With a culture of addressing business needs and building strong customer relationships, it serves 140+ clients across different domains. These include healthcare, education, manufacturing, immigration, and non-profit organizations. It has an in-house team of 100+ young professionals. The company has now evolved from being an IT SaaS and digital marketing company to a company venturing into product/software development, over time.

TechGraph: How does Codleo differentiate itself from other IT consulting and software development companies?

Rahul Ray: We are a company with a heart, and for us, our customers are at the heart of our operations as we exist because of them. We strive for their success daily with our innovative & focused solutions. Their success is our success. This is our differentiator and sets us apart from others in the same space.

TechGraph: What are the biggest challenges Codleo faces in today’s market, and how is the company addressing them?

Rahul Ray: The challenges we faced over the years in the market include the presence of many competitors in the market, the intangibility of tech solutions vis—a-vis physical products, Creating a brand image of Codleo in the market, and getting companies to trust us with their projects and work over other established brands.

We are addressing these challenges by delivering holistic tech solutions that solve clients’ problems using best practices, the latest technologies, and customizations. This is to meet unique needs & challenges. Which also helps us establish ourselves in the market as a reliable, effective, and affordable solution provider. The word is spreading and we are on our way to being a preferred solution provider for companies, big or small, globally.

TechGraph: What role does innovation play in Codleo’s strategy, and how does the company foster an innovation culture among its employees?

Rahul Ray: As an IT SaaS company, innovation and change are at the heart of its existence & success. Codleo fosters an innovation culture in our employees via ample learning opportunities such as training sessions, webinars, consistent internal messaging, and rewarding & recognizing innovations & innovators.

TechGraph: What are Codleo’s plans for growth and expansion in the next 5-10 years, and how will it achieve them?

Rahul Ray: Codleo is planning for growth in its footprint in India and abroad, by setting up offices globally, along with an increase in staff in its Delhi delivery center. Mumbai office is the focus for western India sales & delivery with staff added.

Slowly we will set up full delivery centers in regional hubs with small teams catering to the growing demand for CRM tools across the country. We have also planned to set up sales offices in the USA, which is our immediate focus abroad. Australia is also our focus on growth & client acquisition. Slow and steady growth with no rush to expand without consideration. Getting our basics solid before expansion is the way forward. The fundamentals need to be strong.

TechGraph: How does Codleo stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the IT sector, and what steps does it take to ensure its clients have access to cutting-edge solutions?

Rahul Ray: As an IT SaaS company, it is imperative to stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in the IT sector. This is achieved through industry publications, social media, R&D online, conversations with others, etc.

Our success and client success hinge on the use of cutting-edge tools and solutions, so it is in our company’s interest to use the “latest and best” to deliver personalized solutions.

TechGraph: Can you share any upcoming projects or initiatives Codleo has in the pipeline, and how will they contribute to the company’s growth and success?

Rahul Ray: Codleo has begun transitioning from an IT SaaS company to a software developer. The process began with our first software/app called ProjecLeo for project management, which is now available worldwide. We are currently working on two apps/software that will be built 100% on the Salesforce platform – one for vendor management and one for HR management.

Both will be pocket-friendly, catering to small and medium-sized companies, simple yet sophisticated, and highly customizable for particular processes. These 3 products will establish us as a credible software producer and not a SaaS company and increase revenue generation from software sales.
