COVID-19: Maharashtra CM Uddhav Thackeray imposes section 144 in the state.

Aimed at securing the citizens from the Coronavirus (COVID-19), the Chief Minister of Maharashtra Uddhav Thackeray, on Sunday announced to impose section 144 in all the cities.

During the press-meet on Sunday, Thackeray said, “With the effort to decrease the cases of COVID-19 in the state, the government has imposed section 144 in all the cities of the state.”

“Earlier today, section 144 was only imposed in four major cities such as Mumbai, Pune, Nagpur, and Pimpri Chinchwad.”
