Oberoi Realty acquires 50% stake in Sahana Groups worli project

Mumbai-based real estate company, Oberoi Realty has acquired Sahana Groups’ 50% stake in Mumbai Worli based under construction 221-key five-star hotel for Rs 1,040 crore.

According to the Economic Times report, “The property was acquired by Evenstar Hotels a subsidiary company of Oberoi  from Oasis Realty in which Sahana Group’s Sudhakar Shetty held 50 percent stake.”
