Income Tax department initiates survey of L&T

Following the inputs from the GST department, the Income Tax department’s investigation department wing has initiated a survey of Larsen & Tubro Group.

According to the sources, “The I-T department had received information from the Good and Services Tax department (GST) about input tax credit availed by L&T.”

The survey is being done at L&T’s headquarter in Mumbai.
