India-based private lender ICICI Bank has announced the allotment of 12,603 equity shares under the Employee Stock Option Scheme (ESOS).

In a filing with the Stock Exchange, ICICI Bank said, “This is to inform you that ICICI Bank has allotted 12,603 equity shares of the face value of Rs.2 each on June 22, 2020, under the Employee Stock Option Scheme (ESOS).”
