South Korea-based publishing and monetization platform for comic creators, DillyHub has raised $1.4 million in series seed round funding from SV Investment, Kakao Ventures, and Shinhan Capital.
In a statement issued, DillyHub said, “The company will use the new round of funding to grow and develop its fast-growing proprietary technology platform and for global expansion.”
Speaking on the funding in DillyHub, MinGoo Kang, Principal at SV Investment said, “What Jin and her team have developed over the last two years is hugely impressive and we’re excited to help them in becoming a global market leader. I am happy to have the opportunity to invest in an independent platform that is friendly to content creators worldwide.”
