In response to shifting market trends, we recently augmented our Prime module by introducing new courses, including FAANG placement preparation, service-based company placement, web development, data analytics, Power BI, and Salesforce.

We achieve this by conducting continuous research, collaborating with industry experts and professionals, regularly updating our curriculum, establishing partnerships with companies, and actively seeking feedback from students.

These strategies enable us to stay informed about emerging trends, incorporate the latest advancements, align our courses with industry needs, and provide students with the skills and knowledge that employers are seeking. Our commitment to keeping our courses up-to-date ensures that students are equipped to succeed in interviews and secure job offers in a rapidly evolving professional landscape.

Additionally, we provide support through forums, discussion boards, and mentorship programs, enabling learners to seek clarification, engage with instructors, and learn from their peers. Lastly, we continuously collect feedback from our learners and use it to improve our courses, address any gaps, and enhance the learning experience for all.

TechGraph: In your opinion, what are the key skills and competencies individuals need to succeed in today’s job market? How do your courses help them develop these skills?

Aashay Mishra: In today’s job market, there are several key skills and competencies that individuals need to succeed. These include technical skills, such as proficiency in programming languages, data analysis, and digital marketing, as well as soft skills, such as communication, problem-solving, and adaptability.

At PrepInsta, we recognize the importance of these skills and strive to help individuals develop them through our courses. Our technical courses cover a wide range of in-demand skills, including coding languages like C/C++, and Python as well as AI/ML, data analytics, and cybersecurity.

These courses provide learners with hands-on experience, practical assignments, and real-world projects that help them build their technical expertise and stay relevant in today’s rapidly evolving job market.

In addition to technical skills, we also focus on developing essential soft skills through our courses. Communication skills, critical thinking, teamwork, and leadership are integrated into our curriculum to ensure that learners are well-rounded professionals.

We provide interactive sessions, case studies, and simulations that enable learners to enhance their problem-solving abilities, decision-making skills, and collaboration.

TechGraph: How do you measure the effectiveness of your courses, and what steps do you take to continuously improve and enhance the learning experience for your students?

Aashay Mishra: At PrepInsta, we employ several measures to gauge the effectiveness of our courses and ensure continuous improvement in the learning experience for our students.

Firstly, we gather feedback from students through surveys, assessments, and reviews, allowing us to assess their satisfaction, understanding of the content, and overall learning outcomes. This feedback serves as valuable input for identifying areas of improvement and making necessary adjustments to course content, structure, and delivery methods.

Additionally, we closely monitor student performance and success rates, tracking metrics such as completion rates, exam scores, and job placement outcomes. This data enables us to evaluate the effectiveness of our courses in helping students achieve their learning goals and secure job opportunities. Moreover, we actively seek input from industry professionals and experts to validate the relevance of our course content and ensure alignment with current industry standards.

TechGraph: What are your plans for PrepInsta’s course offerings, and how do you plan to stay ahead of the competition in the online learning space?

Aashay Mishra: PrepInsta’s plans for course offerings are aligned with our commitment to providing a diverse and comprehensive learning experience. Our current repertoire of courses stands at a commendable 200+, covering a wide range of subjects and technologies. However, we have even more ambitious targets for expansion.

By December 2023, we aim to offer over 300 courses, and by the end of March 2024, our goal is to have a catalog of 350+ courses. This growth trajectory reflects our dedication to continuously enhancing and diversifying our course offerings to cater to the evolving needs of learners and the dynamic job market.

In addition to expanding our course catalog, we are also focused on expanding our reach and partnerships. PrepInsta currently collaborates with over 300 institutes and colleges to provide valuable learning opportunities to their students.

However, we have plans to onboard an additional 200 colleges by the end of March 2024, enabling us to reach even more learners and provide them with access to high-quality education and upskilling opportunities.

By constantly expanding our course offerings, reaching out to more educational institutions, and staying ahead of the competition, we are committed to ensuring that PrepInsta remains at the forefront of the online learning space.
