Yes Madam to cover vaccination cost of its 1500 staff members

Leading home services and beauty startup, Yes Madam has announced to cover the cost of COVID-19 vaccines for all its employees and professionals.

The company in its statement said, “The vaccination program will cover more than 1500 staff members, who are working across 25 cities.”

“It will be carried out in phases in accordance with the ongoing government regulations, beginning with individuals above the age of 45,” it added.

Speaking on the initiative, Mayank Arya, Co-founder, Yes Madam said, “Our working professionals are not less than our second families. During the pandemic, we stood at the forefront of shielding them. From PPE kits to workplace safety preparation to maintaining work-life balance, it is and will be our responsibility to protect and assist them with appropriate services as they are the ones who get directly in the contact with the customers and are in a high-risk zone considering the service industry that they are in. Apart from this, now that an antidote for this lethal virus is available, it is our responsibility to make it available to all of our family members.”

Adding to the statement, Aditya Arya, Co-founder, Yes Madam said, “With shifting situations and new normal sweeping the globe, we added treating our consumers with the utmost protection. We followed all possible safety precautions when representing the customers, as this was also our primary responsibility.”
