Union Minister Prakash Javadekar: India aims to reduce carbon emissions by 35 percent

Union Minister of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, Prakash Javadekar on Thursday, said, “India is doing much more for the climate with a target of reduction of 35 percent of emissions.”

Speaking at the CII partnership summit 2020, Javadekar said, “India brought down 2005 levels by 21 percent before onset of Paris Agreement.”
