BI and Big Data solution provider Kockpit Analytics has announced ambitious hiring plans to further increase its talent pool by 120% by the end of this year. Currently, the company houses a workforce of 100 employees and has been on an aggressive hiring spree.
To facilitate a safe recruitment procedure for the new joiners, the company has put an entire virtual SOP in place. The procedure encompasses virtual onboarding, induction, first buddy assignment, etc.
Kockpit has been relentlessly working towards strengthening the tech backbone of the solution, to cater to the growing demand. In line with the same, the company has announced the hiring plans majorly across Power BI, Big Data Solutions, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning in the Technical and Development department, along with senior management hiring.

Kockpit plans to hire majorly in the metro cities – New Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, and Bangalore.
