India-based fintech platform CredAble has announced the appointment of Manu Prakash as Executive Director & Head of FI Coverage & Partnerships.
“At CredAble, he will steer strategic partnerships across the product portfolio and financial institutional coverage,” the company said in its statement.
Manu Prakash is a seasoned trade finance professional and comes with over 16 years of experience in the banking industry.
From working for major financial institutions like HSBC, Standard Chartered, and ICICI to heading Trade and Product for Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation (SMBC) the Asia Pacific in India, Manu has always strived to create true financial inclusion.
Speaking on the joining the board, Manu Prakash, Executive Director & Head of FI Coverage & Partnerships, CredAble said, “My vision of creating financial inclusion across ecosystems truly matches at CredAble as the company provides the most comprehensive suite of working capital solutions in India while getting the previously unbanked small businesses into the formal lending sector.”

Manu Prakash is an IIFT, Delhi alumnus and has done engineering from Delhi Technological University (NSIT), and is a CDCS qualified professional.
