Senior Congress leader and former Chief Minister of Prithviraj Chavan on Saturday criticized the ICMR Plan to launch coronavirus vaccine by August 15, 2020.
Taking a dig at the ICMR, Prithviraj Chavan tweeted, “Why is ICMR rushing for an unrealistic timeline of August 15 for the Indian corona vaccine. when global experts are giving a 12 to 18 months time frame. Is this to enable Prime Minister Narendra Modi to make a major announcement from the Red Fort.”
