Coronavirus: President Trump says, “The peak of death rates is likely to increase in two weeks”

The President of the United States, Donald Trump, has said, “The peak of death from coronavirus pandemic is likely to increase in the next two weeks.”

During the press meeting at the White House, President Trump said, “The selfless efforts, inspirations and efforts of our peoples are saving countless lives.”

“The modeling estimates, the peak in the death rates are likely to hit in two weeks… and nothing would be worse than declaring victory before the victory is won and that would be a great loss for us,” President Trump said.

“For the next two weeks and during this period everyone should strongly follow the guidelines issued by the Vice President,” he added.

Further adding to the statement, President Trump said, “To end this nightmare we are extending our guidelines until 30th, March 2020, to slow the spread of COVID-19.”
