Online education startup Vedantu has acquired a doubt-solving platform Instasolv for an undisclosed amount.
Vedantu in its statement said, “The acquisition of Instasolv will further strengthen its presence in Tier II and Tier III.”
Speaking on the acquisition, Vamsi Krishna, CEO & Co-founder of Vedantu said, “Last year we took a strategic decision to invest in Instasolv to strengthen our play in doubt solving, which is one of the key aspects of learning online. Through this partnership, we endeavor to change India’s learning curve through definitive outcome.”
Instasolv a doubt solving platform for class 6 to 12, Science, Mathematics, IIT-JEE, and NEET raised $2 million in pre-Series A round from Vedantu last year.
