Tally Solutions has announced that “It has partnered with Forum of Women Entrepreneurs (FoWE), to educate and enable women-owned MSMEs across Karnataka to enhance their entrepreneurial skills and educate around technology enablement to stay ahead of the curve.”
In Karnataka, women play a pivotal role in the growth story of the state with nearly 250 of every 1000 MSME businesses that are owned by women, as per the 2020-21 report by the Ministry of MSME.
“Through this mutual agreement, Tally and FoWE aim to infuse self-reliance in women that can sharpen their business acumen and create opportunities for even other women. The collaboration will support women from Tier II and III cities across Karnataka in seamless business operations, business scalability, and business automation,” the statement said.
Through on-ground events, experts from both organizations will assist these women entrepreneurs in skilling programs, technical training and guide them to use technology for business, effortlessly. This will enable over 1000 micro-entrepreneurs from small-scale manufacturing and household businesses, to build skills that will allow them to promote their products, export, source subsidized loans, and understand the business process better.
“Tally Solutions will also educate these entrepreneurs on compliance, inventory management, accounting including book-keeping and invoicing as well as analyzing business data or reports, to streamline operations and ease decision-making,” it added.

“FoWE’s main goal is to motivate and encourage the women entrepreneurs such as SOHO or start-ups, especially in tier 2 and 3 cities. The need of the hour is to support these women entrepreneurs and help them with business continuity and growth. I am sure with FoWE and Tally joining forces will give more strength to women entrepreneurs in running their business digitally strong,” Ruparani Ravindran, President of FoWE added.
